9 Fat Burning Tips

1.  Plank on hands:  pull belly button into spine, lift knees off floor. Start off with 30 sec. Work up to 1 min.  

 2.  Bi-cep curl squat into a shoulder press.  20-25 times.

 3.  Bicycles for 30 times each leg.  bicycle exercise 4.  Squat knee up for 20-25 times  squat knee 5.  Push-ups 25-30 times.  pushups 6.  Warrior 3 pose. Hold 1 min. each side.  warrior pose 7. Dips for 25-30 times.  dips 8.  Burpees for 20 X.  burpees 9.  Boat pose for 20 times.  boat pose Stretch when you are done.
